Yes. Before we start any work, we'll give you a written estimate with parts and labor broken out. You approve the estimate before we proceed. If we open something up and find additional issues, we'll stop and update the estimate before continuing. No surprises.

Yes. All parts we install carry the manufacturer's warranty, and our labor is warranted for 90 days. If something we repaired fails within 90 days due to a workmanship issue, we come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer parts warranties vary — we'll tell you the specific terms for whatever part we install.

Yes. We regularly service RVs at storage facilities throughout Northeast Florida / St. Johns County. Just make sure you have access authorization from the facility, or have your unit pulled and accessible. We'll do the same quality of work at a storage facility as at a campsite.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and check. Payment is due at time of service completion. For larger jobs over $500, we may request a deposit on parts before ordering.
